Rosita’s is one of Caerphilly’s newest destination venues — a vibrant Italian restaurant by day and a high-energy late-night venue by night. Sauce Interiors were appointed to fully design, manage and deliver the transformation of what was previously a council-run café into a premium hospitality venue with a completely new identity.

Having worked with this client group for over 10 years across four other businesses, the trust and creative freedom given to Sauce Interiors allowed us to lead the project from concept to completion.

This was a full turn-key service
concept design, 3D visuals, layout planning, structural changes, mechanical and electrical upgrades, bespoke joinery, furniture, lighting, signage, audio-visual systems and handover.
