Gary has managed and delivered hospitality refurbishments across hotels, restaurants and branded environments — working to strict brand guidelines, tight programmes and live-site constraints.
Alongside Sauce Interiors he has spent over 15 years building and running Sauce Signage with Matthew, delivering creative, production and installation services nationally.
