STG Aerospace is a global leader in aircraft lighting systems, employing around 150 staff at its South Wales headquarters. The business occupies a large commercial building consisting of two major open-plan office spaces, meeting rooms, boardrooms, R&D corridors and communal areas.
The offices were functional but dated, with worn flooring, tired décor, poor layout flow and ageing electrics. STG required a full refurbishment that improved staff comfort, modernised the entire environment and aligned with their brand identity — all without shutting down operations.
